Terms of Service

By creating an account or using BiXiongAI at bixiongai.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

BiXiongAI is an AI-assisted design tool that generates logo and visual design options based on prompts and reference images you provide. Output is produced by AI models and may vary between requests.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure.
Each person may maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts to obtain free credits is prohibited and may result in suspension.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Credits & Payments

The Service operates on a prepaid credit system. Generating images consumes credits according to the published rates shown at the time of purchase or generation.
Purchases are processed by Creem (Merchant of Record). Prices are shown before you confirm any purchase and include applicable taxes handled by Creem.
Credits are tied to your account, are non-transferable, and do not expire while your account remains active. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create content that:

Infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others;
Is unlawful, fraudulent, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or involves minors inappropriately;
Impersonates any person or brand in a deceptive way;
Attempts to reverse-engineer, scrape, resell, or overload the Service.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. AI Output & Ownership

You retain rights to the prompts and reference images you upload. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and the rights of any third parties, we grant you the output images generated for your account for use in your own projects. Because AI output is generated automatically, similar results may appear for other users; we make no guarantee of exclusivity or trademark availability. You are responsible for checking that your final brand use does not infringe third-party rights.

6. Availability & Changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Model capabilities, credit rates, and features may change; material changes to these Terms will be announced on the Service.

7. Disclaimers & Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms.
