BiXiongAI sells prepaid credits used to generate AI design images. This policy explains when refunds are available.
If you purchased a credit package and have not consumed any credits, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Requests received after 14 days, or after any credits have been consumed, are handled under Section 2.
Because image generation consumes computing resources immediately, credits that have already been consumed are non-refundable. For partially used packages, we review refund requests case by case and may offer a pro-rata refund of the unused portion at our discretion.
Email support@bixiongai.com with the email address on your account, the transaction reference, and the reason for your request. We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
Purchases are processed by Creem (Merchant of Record); refunds are issued through Creem. Applicable taxes and payment-processor fees on refunds are handled by Creem under consumer protection rules.
We may decline refunds where there is evidence of abuse — for example, repeated refund requests after substantial usage, or accounts created to exploit free credits.
